Minden évben belemerülhetünk az Oscar-szavazók belsős pletykáiba kicsit. Idén sincs máshogy, hiszen a New York Times segít. Konkrétabban: 20 tagot kérdeztek meg a legjobb film díjra jelölt művekről.
Abc sorrendben haladva. A near the top azt jelenti, hogy a legjobb film díjra toplistát kell beadni, és számít melyik film hányadik helyre kerül.

Almost everyone admitted that “Bohemian Rhapsody” was a guilty pleasure to watch, however, as Rami Malek turned in an Oscar-worthy performance as Freddie Mercury. (All 20 people I contacted said Malek had their vote for best actor.)

One voter, a studio executive in his 50s, admitted that his support for “Green Book” was rooted in rage. He said he was tired of being told what movies to like and not like.

Kb. ezért ér már lószart az egész Oscar hercehurca, az eredmények igazából szinte köszönőviszonyban sincsenek a filmek minőségével. Oké, régóta érzi ezt már mindenki. Persze, gondolom az operatőr, zene, stb. még oké, de a legjobb film díja… Köpni kell, na. Köpni.
